Design for Southland Gaming and Racing which included multiple concessions and restaurant kitchens for the casino and hotel such as Chairman’s Bar, Charred Oak Bourbon Bar, The Kitchen’s Buffet, Fry House, Ignite Steakhouse, The Grind Café, and Sports Bar and Grill. Project was completed in 2023. Equipment budget was $5M.
