The iconic French luxury department store Printemps made its U.S. debut at 1 Wall Street. Sam Tell designed and built expansive kitchens across two floors, including the striking open kitchen for Maison Passerelle. Highlights include the Red Room Bar with its custom-curved design and Italian stone top, Salon Vert featuring a bespoke seafood table, and Café Jalu, a cozy café for coffee and light bites. This multi-level project delivers a refined dining and hospitality experience in one of New York City’s most celebrated landmark buildings.
