Misi is a fresh-pasta–focused restaurant for Michelin-starred and James Beard-winning Chef Missy Robbins. It was part of the landmark redevelopment of the Domino Sugar Refinery in Brooklyn, NY.
The Sam Tell Companies led the kitchen design in close collaboration with Chef Robbins, creating a fully exposed culinary workspace that connects directly to the dining room. Designed to support seamless coordination among a large staff, the kitchen prioritizes efficiency, precision, and visibility, reinforcing the high standards of quality and service central to the Misi experience.
