Sartiano's

This is not your typical Italian restaurant that your mother used to take you to. Sartiano’s is an elevated version of the classic red-sauce joint, complete with a strict dress code and a renowned owner, Scott Sartiano, who is famous for his work as a lifestyle architect at Zero Bond. The menu, designed by Chef Alfred Portale of Gotham Bar & Grill and Portale, offers a variety of crowd-pleasing dishes that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. And for an added touch of glamour, Sartiano’s is located inside the luxurious Mercer Hotel, occupying the space that was once home to the iconic Mercer Kitchen.

Theos Estiatorio

Chef Peter's passion for culinary arts began at a young age while growing up in New York. Even as a teenager, he knew that the kitchen was where he belonged. When the opportunity arose for Chef Peter to open and become a partner at Theos Estiatorio, he saw it as a golden chance to introduce Fort Lauderdale to an unparalleled culinary experience. The menu at Theos Estiatorio is a true reflection of Chef Peter's Greek roots and his deep love for authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

Figaro

Serving Contemporary American cuisine, Figaro is a long awaited revival of a beloved neighborhood staple. Figaro first opened its doors in 1957 and quickly became a place to be. Beat generation pioneers Jack Kerouac and Lenny Bruce, musicians Bob Dylan and Lou Reed, and actors Al Pacino and Sam Shepard were just some of the celebrities who frequented it. Figaro went through several iterations until it closed in 2008, with the New York Times lamenting “The Lost Village Mystique of Le Figaro Café”. Keeping the spirit of the original Le Figaro Café in an upgraded and modernized space, Figaro is sure to once again become a neighborhood staple and a place to be.
