Sam Tell isn't just the one-stop shop for all the foodservice supplies and equipment a restaurant needs. It's also your source for the latest updates in the restaurant industry.

Every month, we shine the spotlight on a handful of Sam Tell clients to celebrate their success and share what makes them special. Take a look at this month's selections below:

Hutong opens in Midtown to rave reviews.

Fans of Northern Chinese cuisine are rejoicing following the grand opening of Hutong in Midtown New York City earlier this month. Hutong, owned by the parent company Aqua, is actually the third of its name around the world, with one in Hong Kong and a second in London. Now, the cuisine that has been delighting patrons of its other locations is here in the US, all prepared and served with the finest supplies from Sam Tell.

Try their roast duck and dim sum, but don’t forget to make a reservation as Hutong is sure to become one of NYC’s most popular dining experiences.

La Pecora Bianca continues to charm guests.

If you’re looking for delicious Italian fare, look no further than Sam Tell client La Pecora Bianca. With locations in NoMad and Midtown NYC, the chefs of La Pecora Bianca are on a mission to give guests an authentic dining experience, complete with signature pasta dishes made with local ingredients to ensure the richest flavors.

Visit La Pecora Bianca for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner to find out for yourself what has patrons saying, Bravo!

Tavern on the Green rated one of America's best restaurants for outdoor dining.

Summer is a time for enjoying the warm and pleasant weather, especially while enjoying a meal! To help diners across the country, the online reservation platform OpenTable released a list of the 100 Best Al Fresco Restaurants in America. The 2019 edition of this list included Tavern on the Green, the Central Park restaurant and longtime Sam Tell client that has been an icon of the Manhattan dining scene since 1934.

Its spacious, outdoor seating and fresh ingredients make Tavern on the Green the perfect spot to enjoy the flavors of summer.
