Lei Wine

One of our most exciting openings this spring was Lei, a cozy new wine bar tucked into one of Chinatown’s most historic little corners — the winding, pedestrian stretch of Doyers Street. Opened by renowned restauranteur Annie Shi, Lei is a personal project inspired by her Chinese heritage. The vibe is casual and intimate — just 24 seats — with a small, thoughtful menu with less than 15 dishes split into hot and cold sections, designed to pair beautifully with wine. You can stop in this casual spot for a glass of wine, or stay, dine and make it an evening.

Stretch Pizza

Stretch Pizza’s new outpost at Domino Park in Williamsburg brings Chef Wylie Dufresne's inventive New York–style pies to the waterfront. Set at 320 Kent Avenue in Domino Park, this spacious location offers the same playful creativity—think Dan Dan chicken, corn with cotija, the shallot-heavy “Nellie” and classic cheese and pepperoni—alongside unique small plates like potato‑chip salad and meatball sliders. With airy, chewy crusts, bold topping combos, a full bar of craft cocktails, and river‑view dining, this spot stretches pizza beyond expectations.

Pastis Nashville

The iconic NYC brasserie Pastis has made its way south, opening its doors in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Brought to life by STARR Restaurants and legendary restaurateur Keith McNally, Pastis Nashville channels all the charm of its original Meatpacking District location — red leather banquettes, a zinc bar, and a menu full of French bistro classics. Executive Chef Mark Coleman brings serious NYC cred to the kitchen, dishing up everything from steak frites to the famous Pastis burger. Whether you’re there for a cocktail or dinner, this classic spot has something for everyone to enjoy.

Birdee Bakery

Nestled on the ground floor of the former Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg, Birdee is a vibrant new bakery and all-day café from Kent Hospitality Group. Led by the renowned pastry chef Renata Ameni and Culinary Director Justin Osorio, the menu features standout pastries like strawberry cheesecake danish and pepperoni pizza croissants alongside chef-crafted ice creams and hearty breakfast and lunch fare. Birdee offers a fresh, flavorful experience in a warm, welcoming space.

The Black Pearl

The Black Pearl Seafood Chophouse brings coastal dining to the heart of Port Jefferson. Located in the Danford’s Hotel & Marina with stunning views of the harbor, the restaurant pairs waterfront charm with modern elegance. Their menu features a seasonal selection of dishes—from fresh oysters and seared scallops to locally inspired entrées. Black Pearl also offers full-service events and catering, a premier destination for waterfront weddings, private parties, and corporate gatherings. Plus, they have live music on the weekends all summer long!
