Great Jones Distillery

The first legal whiskey distillery on the island of Manhattan since prohibition, Great Jones Distillery Company presents a three-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu concepted by The Grid’s Chef Adam Raksin. Hosted in the Great Jones Distilling Co.’s distilling room, the event features dishes thoughtfully crafted with a combination of regionally sourced ingredients that expand the flavor profiles of new American classics into fresh directions.

The Fulton by Jean-Georges might be renowned for its seafood, and the restaurant at Pier 17 in the Seaport District sends hearts aflutter all Valentine’s weekend long with their à la carte menu and a special tasting menu for dinner. The tasting menu consists of three courses, plus dessert, with seasonal fare that really amps up the romance. Guests will also enjoy limited-edition Jean-Georges Valentine’s Day chocolates are made with organic single-origin chocolate.
